Our remedies are intended for external use only and are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please read each product label carefully and follow all directions. Every person’s body is different. Even though we use clean, gentle ingredients, reactions are still possible. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Payment must be received in full before we process or ship any order. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. We use recyclable and reusable packaging whenever possible. All items are packed carefully to ensure they arrive safely and fresh. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with a photo within 48 hours so we can make it right. Please remember that glass jars and bottles are fragile—handle with care.
Because our products are handmade and for personal care use, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect. If you received the wrong item or your product was damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will either replace the item or offer store credit. We cannot accept used items or issue refunds for personal dissatisfaction with scent, texture, or results.
We only offer refunds in the case of damaged, missing, or incorrect items that cannot be replaced. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 3–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. We do not offer refunds for delays caused by shipping carriers or for customer-entered address errors.
Because our remedies are made in small batches, some items may occasionally be out of stock. We update the website regularly, but if you place an order for something that’s no longer available, we’ll contact you with an option to replace it, waitlist it, or receive a refund. We reserve the right to discontinue or update any product at any time without prior notice.
You may browse our website and shop for personal use only. You may not copy or use any part of our content, product photos, recipes, or wording for your own business without permission.
