Shipping Policy

We believe getting your order should feel just as good as using it. That’s why we’ve made our shipping process simple, honest, and as smooth as possible. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about how we pack, ship, and deliver your handmade products.

Currently Operational

Right now, we ship anywhere within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We’re working behind the scenes to expand our shipping zones soon, so more people can experience the natural care we offer. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but it’s something we’re exploring, so stay tuned.

Note: If you live in a remote area or use a P.O. Box, certain shipping methods may have limitations. Feel free to contact us with any questions before placing your order.

Processing Time

Because we handcraft each product in small batches, please allow 2 to 5 business days for us to prepare your order. During busy times, like restocks or holidays, it might take us a little longer—but we always do our best to ship quickly without rushing quality. If we experience any delays on our end (such as ingredient restocks or weather issues), we’ll let you know right away by email.

Shipping Days & Carriers

We currently ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM will begin processing the next business day. We ship using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the size of your package. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our hands.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your package, and the shipping speed you select. We always aim to keep our rates fair and transparent—no hidden handling fees or surprise markups. From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions. If one is active, you’ll see it clearly noted at the top of the website or during checkout.

Free Local Delivery / Pickup (If Available)

If you’re in our local delivery zone, we may offer free porch drop-off or contactless pickup as an option at checkout. Just choose the local delivery or pickup option and leave any special instructions (like gate codes or safe drop locations) in the notes. Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a text or email with your delivery/pickup confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Times (U.S. Orders)

After your order ships, here’s when you can expect it:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (when available)

Please note that these are estimates provided by the carriers. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather, and holiday traffic.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you don’t see the email within 2–3 days, check your spam or junk folder, or contact us directly—we’ll be happy to resend it.

Missing or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed in transit, we recommend first checking your tracking link and contacting the shipping carrier for updates. Still didn’t find? Please reach out to us at (1-801-580-4317) with your order number, and we’ll investigate it from our end.

Important: Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please check with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office. If you need help filing a claim, we’ll do our best to assist.

Damaged Packages

We take great care in wrapping and protecting every order, but sometimes things happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage and your order number within 3 days of delivery. Email us at info@kitchenwitchery.life and we’ll replace or refund the item as needed. We want you to feel taken care of every step of the way.

Wrong Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you make a mistake, contact us immediately at (1-801-580-4317). If we haven’t shipped your order yet, we’ll fix it right away. Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute packages, and we are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address entered by the customer.

Returned Packages

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. Learn in detail on our product returns page.

Preorders and Backordered Items

From time to time, certain items may be available for preorder or marked as backordered. These items will ship as soon as they are restocked or made, usually within 7–14 business days. If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, we may hold your shipment until everything is ready—unless you request otherwise. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and let you know once your items ship.

Sustainable & Safe Packaging

All orders are packed in recyclable, eco-conscious materials when possible. Glass jars and bottles are wrapped securely in paper padding or recyclable cushioning. We do not use unnecessary plastics or oversized boxes. Each package is sealed with care to protect your product and keep it fresh when it arrives at your door.
